Partners can submit C9Ls two ways:

The Cyber 9-Line (C9L) program allows partners to submit cyber threat information about cyber incidents on their networks in exchange for reach-back support to triage and analyze indications of compromise and malware.

Hive-IQ

Hive-IQ® is a commercial facility to receive C9Ls at the Unclassified level. Hive-IQ allows C9L data to be enriched with commercial information, automated malware analysis, comment and chat, ticket management, and manual malware analysis tools. Users can upload malware directly into their C9L. Hive-IQ helps you move your organization at the speed of need.

Cyber 9-Line Submission Portal

Individuals without a Hive-IQ account can utilize the Cyber 9-Line Portal. The C9L Portal enables rapid coordination, collaboration and malware analysis to support national cybersecurity efforts. Cyber 9-Lines submitted through the C9L Portal will enter an automated malware analysis pipeline and will be accessible to stakeholders within Hive-IQ.
